If you are unsatisfied with the products, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the goods and send them back for a full refund. Otherwise, we default that the buyer is satisfied with the quality

Please provide a receipt of postage on all items once the refund has been approved within 7 days (We recommend using a tracked postage service)

Please return all items cleaned and in the same condition they were in when the customer first opened the box. All damages or loss during the return process are responsibilities of the customers. Customers will need to pay shipping costs for the return of the item

Once your item has been received and inspected a refund will be issued within 5 working days

All Dental Loupes are warranted by a 3 years covering manufacturing defects and Dental Lights by a 1 year warranty covering manufacturing defects

 

Photos or description of the defect must be submitted during the time of this warranty in order for a return. A new pair of Dental Loupes or Dental Lights will be made and sent out to you but you are required to return the product within 1 month of receiving the replacement product otherwise a remake charge will be filed

Please note that prescription additions to items are non-refundable

For returns based on a defective due to a customers error, a charge will be collected for a remake or repair.
